Canti Classics presents Metropolitan opera star Simon Estes, Sony recording artist Jubilant Sykes and Robert Sims the Gold Medal Winner of the American Traditions Vocal Competition in a concert of Spirituals, Copland's Old American Songs and Songs from Broadway.

Generations was established to celebrate and highlight the rich musical heritage found in American songs, with particular emphasis on the Spiritual. This exciting and unusual program highlights not only these three Artists, but three distinct interpretations bringing bravura, intimacy, and profundity to the vocal music of America.

Recognized as three of America’s foremost interpreters of American music, Simon, Sykes and Sims have performed all over the world, including concerts in Europe, Asia and the United States at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the Ravinia Music Festival, the Tanglewood Music Festival as well as many colleges, universities and performing arts venues.
